You came into my life,

Like a knight in the shining armor,

And suddenly you transformed me,

To a queen from a little farmer...

The amount of love and happiness you gave me,

I somehow feel I don’t deserve,

The undying faith I see in your eyes,

Is something, my love, I will always preserve...

The way you love me,

Brings a twinkle in my eyes,

And the realization that has dawned to me says,

Darling, u made me wiser than the wise...

Before you came into my life,

My life was pathetically sad,

For I had received a shock in love,

And thought that all men were bad...

You helped me to erase my past,

On my feet you made me stand,

And I know, if from anywhere I’d fall,

Only in your hands would I land...

You helped me face the realities of life,

And stand up and fight bravely,

Your stupid jokes and silly beliefs,

Always had a sweet and a strange effect on me...

You did a magic on me,

So that there’s a smile on my face even when I think of you,

All this makes me believe in our love,

And simply increases my faith in you...

Despite the odds your capacity to love,

Brings tears in my eyes,

I hereby promise you, my love,

To you, I shall never tell lies...

Your values and beliefs,

Have made me a better person in life,

And now I can definitely say one thing,

My love, I cant wait to be your wife...

I didn’t want anything ,

Till before the day we met,

But now darling, I want only you,

Because you are the best thing a girl could get...

Life takes many turns,

Some good and some bad,

Thus some leave you happy,

While the others leave you sad...

Life is so unfair,

But isn’t everyone else’s too?

Then why thinking of our times together,

Am I so sad and blue?

I am sad coz I lost you,

Leaving me behind you went,

I am sad coz you never realized,

What for me, my love you meant...

You were my eyes when I was blind,

And you were my support when I’d fall

Oh, my love, I wanted you to know,

With you besides me, I’d always stand tall...

My life was an open book,

On the pages of which you wrote,

You wrote about our relationship so strong

And about how we sailed in the same boat...

And suddenly you felt I wasn’t loyal,

And that was so very wrong,

You said we were better off alone,

For our relationship wasn’t very strong...

But you never gave me a chance to explain,

To stand upright and fight,

I was overcome with pain and grief,

And you conveniently thought you were right...

You walked off leaving me behind,

Like it was some kind of trend,

But when I learnt about your new love,

I learnt the reason for our abrupt end...

Just to hide your flaws you blamed me,

And I repented loving you,

Repented the lovely times we shared,

Repented even thinking of you...
